1. PREAMBLE

This Privacy Policy is intended for Website Users, persons who sign the petition in favour of reimbursement of homeopathy, persons registered for events related to homeopathy and those who subscribe to the Monhomeomonchoix Community Newsletter (hereinafter the Data Subject(s)).
It aims to inform the Data Subjects about the collection and processing of their personal data by specifying:

Persons wishing to receive news on the Monhomeomonchoix Community will have their contact details retained for this purpose for the duration of Community actions.

The purpose of data processing is to manage participation in events related to homeopathy.

These personal data are retained under adequate security conditions throughout the duration of the mobilisation actions.

8. TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The personal data collected may be communicated, depending on the processing in question, to:
• The publisher of the website;
• The hosting provider of the website;
• Users of the website, for the signatories of the online petition who revealed their identity;
• Service providers contributing to the achievement of the purposes described above;
• A bailiff for the validation of the petitions;
